Cyprus offers one of the fastest routes to EU citizenship through investment with no residency requirement.

Collect and legalize all the required documents – the straightforward list includes documents to prove source of funds, personal bio, clear criminal record, proof of residence, etc. PassPro will gladly assist in preparing the documents in the right format and ensuring it is stamped by the required authorities.

STEP 2 Visit Cyprus to make your chosen investment of €2 million* – We recommend staying a minimum of 5 working days to explore options thoroughly as there are several ways in which you can invest. If choosing to invest in real estate, we will gladly assist in choosing property that best fits your needs with regard to how you wish to use the property and whether or not you will sell the unit/s after the 3-year lock-in period. The investor must retain possession of a permanent residence in Cyprus of at least €500,000, for life. *It should be noted that in the instance where the €2 million investment will not be solely in residential property(ies), the investor should also acquire a permanent residence in Cyprus of at least €500.000 (excl. VAT) STEP 3 Lodge your application with the Ministry of Interior in Cyprus – Fees of €2000 per adult are required at this stage for the submission of the Citizenship Application. You and your spouse must also lodge an application for Permanent Residency (PR). Please note that your physical presence in Cyprus is required for the provision of your biometrics and PassPro can advise and assist with all the requirements.

The Permanent Resident cards are issued after 5 days of filing the PR application. Citizenship Approval is received 3 months from filing the application.

STEP 4 Naturalization Certificates are issued in 6 months from the date of issuance of the PR cards – Balance of fees of €5000 per adult are required at this stage for the issuance of the Naturalization Certificate. Once the Naturalization Certificates are issued you and your spouse need to visit Cyprus to swear an oath to receive your Passports and IDs.

Passports for you and your spouse are issued in a few days.
