Min. fund / donation figures show the base contribution for a single applicant or a family of three to four, depending on programme. Figures above the base scale with family size; due diligence, processing, and statutory fees are additional. Indicative — confirmed by your advisor.

Why the difference matters

The cheapest programme is rarely the right programme.

Read in isolation, the table looks like a price comparison. In practice, the choice almost never turns on the entry figure. It turns on family composition, timing, the passports you already hold, the jurisdictions you operate in, and the lifestyle you intend to keep. A USD 30,000 difference between programmes is small consolation for a family that picks the wrong one.

The senior-advisory work PassPro does is the matching — taking your specific circumstances and mapping them against the programme that fits, not the programme that markets best.

Programme since 2013

Antigua and Barbuda

Family-friendly inclusion: spouse, dependent children, parents 55+, siblings on a single file. The National Development Fund (NDF) contribution is flat for a family of up to four, with sliding additions beyond. Most pragmatic of the five for medium-sized families.

Saint Kitts and Nevis

The original. Established in 1984 — every CBI programme since has been compared against this one. Strongest visa-free passport in the Caribbean five. The Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC) funds programmes of national resilience and education.

The youngest of the five and the most measured in pace. The National Economic Fund (NEF) is conservatively governed; a government bond option is also available for principals preferring a refundable structure. Suited to investors who value careful, deliberate process.

Common questions

On choosing between the five.

Which Caribbean programme is the cheapest?

It depends on who is applying. For a single principal applying alone, Dominica's Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) starts at USD 200,000 — the lowest single-applicant entry point of the five. For a family application, Antigua and Barbuda is usually the more economic choice: the National Development Fund (NDF) contribution is flat for a family of up to four, so a couple with two children pays the same on that route as a single applicant. In practice the choice rarely turns on the entry figure — family structure, timeline, and the passports you already hold weigh more — but those two are the right starting points.

Which has the strongest passport?

Saint Kitts and Nevis carries the broadest visa-free reach of the five at approximately 155 jurisdictions, including the UK Common Travel Area and Schengen Area for short stays. The differences between the five are modest in absolute terms — typically a handful of countries either way.

Which programme is fastest?

Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Lucia typically process within four to six months under standard conditions. Dominica runs slightly longer at six to nine months. Specific timelines depend on file readiness and the relevant unit's current volumes.

Can I include parents and siblings?

Yes, with conditions that vary by programme. Antigua and Grenada have the most permissive family inclusion in this respect, accommodating parents from age 55 and dependent siblings under specific criteria. Dominica and Saint Kitts permit parents 65+. A senior advisor maps your specific family against each programme during the Diagnosis.

How long does the citizenship last?

Citizenship granted under all five Caribbean programmes is for life and transmits by descent to children born after the grant. PassPro handles passport renewals, family additions after the grant, and consular matters as part of our lifetime relationship.

Are the figures on this page final?

No. All figures are indicative and reflect the canonical published rates. The precise numbers that apply to your specific file depend on family size, programme route, and current government schedules. A senior advisor confirms a binding total in writing during the Diagnosis stage, before any financial commitment.
