How does a second citizenship pass to children?
In all five Caribbean programmes PassPro represents, citizenship passes by descent to children born after the grant — and qualifying children at the time of application are included on the original file. Which family members qualify to be included?
Each programme has its own definition, but typically: spouse, dependent children, dependent parents (often 55+ or 65+ depending on programme), and in some cases siblings. The Diagnosis we prepare maps your specific family against each programme.
Can children attend international universities on the new passport?
The passport itself does not grant university admission. It can, however, change a student's visa pathway, fee category, and post-study work options in several jurisdictions. Each university has its own admissions rules, which we are not qualified to advise on; we can introduce you to specialists.
How long does the citizenship remain in the family?
